Either way it's not a compliment. An example of a White Hat in a sentence is "This bar is great - it doesn't have a television, there are so many beers to choose from, and there's no white hats!" Great podcast. Hope to hear more. It's like being an anthropologist discovering new cultures. You are truly becoming the queen of pod. One little critique: your sound levels are a little low. I have to crank my player, sound board, and headphone volumes all the way up to hear you.
