Just started listening… dig the geek fu… we do our podcast out of Portland, OR - one of the guys who listens to our show sent me here…It’s a new favorite, and I’m so rarely moved by podcasts these days!

Great Geek Fu Mur! Loved the end of the story, and agree 110% with Jason on the obnoxious re-ordering of the Narnia books. When my 8 year old son started reading them 2-3 years ago I had him read them in the RIGHT order first. AND now of course, I have the airwolf theme song in my head (which isn’t a bad thing mind you… loved that show.

    Happy Birthday Geek Fu!

Congratulations, Mur! I hope this is only one of many Geek Fu Anniversaries.

And the end of MCFTH is wonderful. It captures the Xmas spirit without stooping to gloppy sentimentality. Well done!

Hokey smokes! Someone else who things that the Chronicles of Narnia ought to be read in the order they were written! It makes me so sad when people think “Magician’s Nephew” goes first. Oh, so many hearts to you and Jason. Hearts hearts hearts.

I had to squee about that a bit. I’m going to finish listening to the podcast now.

Congratulations to you Mur and little Geek Fu!

I am another one of those twisted minds that thinks that the Chronicles of Narnia should be read in the order they were written. I constantly have arguments with another Narnia fan about that but he simply doesn’t get it…

Merry Christmas from the Heartbreakers…wonderful story! Loved it! Plus, you’ve got a great reading voice.

I hope you and your child get over the strep throat soon and are able to enjoy the holidays. Oh and BTW, I didn’t say anything in the last podcat but I’m glad your dog is getting better.

    This show was totally Airwolf!

I liked the Christmas with the Heartbreakers alot. But I can’t help but feel the end was just rushed. As there was so much going on in there that I’d liked to have more with the Clause mythos or with Gingermuffin. And some of the people caught up in it. (I guess that’s a sign of a good story, when you are left wanting more).

As is mentioned so many times before, you have a good “radio” voice. I look forward to hearing your work in the story or Librivox story with Escape Pod host. When will that be available?

    Thanks everyone.

Bill, the fact that the story needs more has been mentioned to me more than once. I’ve been thinking about expanding it into something more.

Also, I don’t know when Journey to the Interior of the Earth will be up, but keep checking Librivox. It should be soon. And I’m not slated to host any Escape Pod stories any time soon, but I’ll mention it on the podcast when I do.
