I was having the same problems along with many other podcasters using feedburner. A quick, easy and hopefully temporary fix is to go to your feedburner settings and turn download tracking off .
This was suggested to me by the feedburner team & it has worked so far.
I'm Lov'n Heaven
Thanks

One day, when you and I have time, we'll hash this out and fix your issues once and for all. Don't forget: I'm magic.

Jones is right on the money. I downloaded the 2.22a1 version of Juice and this episode downloaded just fine. (find Juice 2.22 in the Juice support forums at http://www.juicereceiver.com/support/viewtopic.php?t=1012).

I don't know if this is the problem you're having, but Chris Marquardt from the "Tips From The Top Floor" podcast mentioned that FeedBurner had made a change recently that made episode URLS too long for the Juice podcast receiver to handle. (I think Juice has a limit of 250-something characters for its URLS).

The new beta of the Juice receiver is supposed to fix the problem.

I think the problem is that PodPress's links are confusing Feedburner. When I looked the other day, it seemed FB was trying to make an enclosure out of the web player link. You might be able to solve this by turning off the smart enclosure feature in FB, but you will have to remember to make the enclosures in WordPress (unless PodPress does it). I suggest you set up an alternate Feedburner feed for testing so you can twiddle with the settings without sending everyone's podcatchers into spasms.
