Geek Fu #85 - Hell Pt. 5

Yeah, I recorded this some time ago. So Happy New Year, check out the Beatnik Turtles’ podcast (RSS feed has been fixed, by the way), check out John Lenahan’s ShadowMagic, check out Jonathan Sherwood’s Under the Graying Sea, and I was recently named one of the 10 savvy women of podcasting for 2006. Wow.

Hi, this is my first ever post but I’ve been listening since ‘Heaven’. Found you through Podiobooks when I downloaded ‘Lessons from…….’ and loved it.
I’m not a sci fi geek but think your writing is fantastic and I’m always eagerly awaiting the next episode.
As for a forum, I’d be interested. Would it just be for GeekFu stuff or just a meeting point for fans to discuss anything?
Good luck with the novel. Regards, Dave.:-)

Hi again, Mur! I really love this chapter. I think it is really awesome that Kate got her own sword, and I’m also very excited by this idea of Satan gone missing. I can hardly wait to hear more.

I’ll keep in touch in the near future, especially when my new project gets off the ground. (I’m really anxious to make it happen, but I have to wait for some help first, and until I get it I have to be really vague about the whole thing.)

Oh, and also, having a Geek Fu forum sounds like a neato idea.

Some good lines in the latest “Hell.” I like the comparison to people loitering outside a 7-11 on a Saturday night.

Hello Mur, and greeting from south of the Rio grande:

I’ve been a follower of your most excellent podcasts Geek Fu Action Grip, Lessons, and of course, your audiobook Heaven. I must thank you once again for being an ongoing inspiration form my fledging writing attempts. As per that, I’d like to ask if there are any submission guidelines we must be aware of, regarding the request you just made on this episode?

    Regards
